Quest for Excellence

One of Champion’s core tenants is Constant Improvement. We believe that we should always improve on our current processes and methodologies while striving for excellence in everything we do. We know that in the quest for excellence, employees are the individuals who implement the tools and carry out the actions that make this goal a reality.

It’s one of the reasons why we ask our employees the question: “In your opinion, what is the #1 improvement you’ve seen take place since you’ve started?”  Based on the variety of your responses, we recognize that we’ve come a long way from our meager beginnings. The three overriding themes appear to be tools, structure, and standards.
