As discussed in the May 2015 newsletter, we are accepting nominations for the Excellence awards at this link: Acknowledgement & Appreciation. Nominations will be reviewed on a quarterly basis, and the winners will be announced in the newsletter when appropriate. The following are the December 2015 winners based on previous nominations.

DICKIE GARON Excellence in Analytical Thinking This person is excellent at analyzing and evaluating work processes, work flows and budgets in order to maintain successful project delivery. |

DAN WARD Excellence in Customer Service This person demonstrates a focus on customer service and attention to detail. |

PAT THARP Excellence in Mentoring This person is an excellent mentor and coach. They build rapport and effectively manage teams and work groups. |

AVRAM NEAL Excellence in Technical Abilities This person demonstrates technical excellence in their role within the company. |

Each of these winners will be receiving their Excellence Award Certificates and a $100 gift card, and the individuals who nominated them will be receive a $50 gift card as well. This is an ongoing award program, so please be sure to nominate your peers at the link above, if you feel they should be honored with one of these awards.
We are making a change to one of the awards to make it more reflect the original intention. The Excellence in Technical Abilities award will be changed to the Excellence in Performance award. This person demonstrates excellence in the performance of their role within the company. They have a broad knowledge base and are the go to person in their area of expertise (i.e. automation, telecom, administration, sales, finance, internal business systems, etc.).
