A little over 8 years ago, I started with Champion as a college intern who had barely even heard of the industrial automation industry, much less programmed a PLC. Over those years, Champion and its employees have fostered my growth as an engineer and effective team member. This award is a testament to that, so I feel like it belongs to me just as much as it does to everyone who has helped me along the way.
